<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Background: </strong>Wound care has developed very rapidly, especially in the last two decades, supported by advances in health technology. In addition, the current issue of wound care management is related to patientchanges which are increasingly accompanied by degenerative disease conditions and metabolic disorders. These conditions usually require proper treatment so that the healing process can be optimal. Modern wound care management places great emphasis on this issue. This is supported by the increasing number of the latestinnovations in wound care products. This study aims to determine the development of antibacterial wounddressing in the treatment Diabetic Foot Ulcer. <strong>Methods: </strong>Literature Review was carried out using the PRISMA Extension for Scoping Review (PRISMA-ScR) guidelines. To Identify relevant articles. Thedatabase used is PubMed and selects journals for the last 5 years from 2016-2020 then the articles that fall into the inclusion criteria are summarized and explained in a narrative manner. <strong>Results: </strong>4 out of 366 articles were selected according to the criteria specified in this study. The article used there are 4 kinds of wounddressings. <strong>Conclusion: </strong>The use of wound dressings for the last 5 years has 5 wound dressings found,namely Nanocrystalline Silver wound dressing, Manuka Honey wound dressing, gentamicin sponge wounddressing, beta form wound dressing and Sucrose Octasulfate wound dressing. Wound dressings were found to be microbial and capable of killing a broad spectrum. The recommended wound dressings are Nanocrystalline Silver wound dressing and Sucrose Octasulfate wound dressing. In the last 5 years, there has been no recent discovery of antibacterial wound dressings. <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Background: </strong>Foot care for diabetics is important because of the complications of diabetic neuropathy. One of the foot care for DM is diabetic foot spa. Research related to the benefits of foot spas is quite a lot. Still, research related to the effectiveness of diabetic foot spas in influencing the quality of lower extremities circulation of DM patients with an indicator of increasing the value of ankle brachial index (ABI) is still minimal. <strong>Purpose: </strong>To assess the effectiveness of the diabetic foot spa on the lower extremity circulation with the ABI as an indicator of diabetes mellitus patients. <strong>Method: </strong>This systematic review refers to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). The search was limited to articles with the type of original research. The databases used are Google Scholar, ProQuest, PubMed, National Library, and ScienceDirect. Assessment of article quality is carried out using JBI's Critical Appraisal Tools checklist. <strong>Result: </strong>The search results obtained 214 articles. The article was continued with the identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion process so that 3 articles included in this study which will be carried out in the review process. The review results showed that the diabetic foot spa intervention is effective in improving the lower extremities circulation with an indicator of increasing the ABI valueof DM patients. <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Diabetic foot spa effectively increases the circulation of the lower extremities, characterized by an increase in the ABI value in DM patients.</p>Uti Uswatun NisaSapta Rahayu NoamperanYunita Sari

<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Introduction: </strong>Management of wound with congenital abnormalities in infants requires persistence andappropriate treatment techniques. Wounds that occur in infants with congenital abnormalities in this case occur in the head area with exposed bone. If a sharp debradement is performed, it requires anesthesia which is risky for the baby's condition. What can be used is autolytic debridement with cutimed gel and the use of cuticel. One of the dressings that can be applied is zalf sulfadiazine silver where the formula is like a cream that is gentle on the baby's skin surface, besides its availability is easy to obtain. <strong>Case presentation: </strong>The Washing of wound using antiseptic soap and NaCL 0,9%, by applying pressure when irigation NaCL on the wound, this is intended toreduce the bacteria around the wound. The debridement technique used was autolitic debridement using cutimed gel. The primary dressings used were classic cutissel and zalf sulfadiazine silver to help accelerate granulation, maintain wound moisture and silver content to treat infection. The secondary dressing used is sterile gauze. In this case, the exsudate is minimal to be moderate so that the use of sterile gauze is effective enough to prevent maseration and keep the wound moist. From one month of treatment, from November 24, 2021 until December 24, 2021, it was shown that the use of zalf zulfadiazine silver showed a significant effect on wound healing. <strong>Conclusion: </strong>There was good wound healing by giving zalf sulvadiazine silver.</p>Ichsan BudihartoNurmila Sari

<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Background</strong>: During the Covid-19 pandemic, burn care services are essential non-elective services that cannot bedelayed caused burns are an emergency and urgent condition required immediate treatment especially for pediatric. The treatment was difficult, healing process of the wound needs long time and high cost, with the limited types safe of dressings for pediatric availability in our hospital. In order to facilitated wound healing we developed impregnated vaselin gauze as an alternative for the treatment of superficial-mid dermal burns in pediatric. <strong>Purpose</strong>: The purpose of this study was to describe the benefit of impregnated vaselin gauze on wound healing based on length of stay of the patient. <strong>Method</strong>: This is a descriptive study. Wound was treated with closed method based on moist using gauze impregnated vaselin, covered with thick gauze and bandaging to keep it moist. Wound are evaluated during wound care with assessing epithelial tissue and wound reduction every 4-5 days until wound healing occurs. The sample of this study are superficial-mid dermal burn injury in pediatric, population who hospitalized in Burn Unit Dr.Sardjito Hospital during pandemic period April – December 2020. <strong>Results</strong>: There were 11 respondents, age between 1 month – 16 years old (mean age 3 years old), extend of burn area are between 8 – 41% BSA (mean percentage 23% BSA), and the length of stay for wound healing was around 6 – 28 days (Mean of length of stay 18 days). <strong>Conclusion</strong>:Impregnated vaselin -gauze dressing are able to facilitate the re-epithelization process in wound healing superficial-mid dermal burn injury.</p>Lucia Anik PurwaningsihRosadi Seswandana

<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Background: </strong>The Stetler Model of Research Utilization (2001) was applied for implementing the evidence based practice related diabetic foot problem prevention. Data collection was carried out from March to April 2019. Target population were 20 nurses who work at IPD of provincial hospital and 20 nurses who worked at IPD of city hospital in Pontianak, West Borneo, Indonesia. <strong>Purpose: </strong>This study aimed to implement the guidelines for diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) prevention in DM patients <strong>Methods: </strong>The study instruments included: 1) guidelines for DFU prevention, 2) nursing competency for DFU prevention, 3) nurse opinion questionnaire, and 4) nurse agreement on guideline. The content validity of the Nurse Opinion Questionnaire was 1.0 and Nursing Competency for DFU prevention was 1.0. The internal consistency of Nurse Agreement on Guideline using Cronbach’s alpha was 0.89. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics. <strong>Results: </strong>The study findings showed that: the guidelines of DFU prevention in DM patients who admitted into the hospital has been implemented, and most nurses agreed with all of the guideline statements. The agreement levels ranged from agree to strongly agree. Similar result of nurse opinion on guideline implementation, all nurses agreed with all of the statements. The agreement levels ranged from agree to strongly agree. <strong>Conclusions: </strong>the guidelines of DFU prevention are useful for nursing practice. Nurses who work with DM patients in in-patient units can use the guidelines for DFU prevention which include assess of diabetic risk, categorize diabetic of risk, and provide the foot care intervention.</p>Kharisma PratamaSuriadi JaisJaka PradikaSyahid Amrullah
